Our Premium Vodka is produced from a healthy cereal spirit (free from GMOs and ionising radiation), and meets all the European norms, standards and sanitary requirements. It is distilled three times, so that it exudes a soft and sweet flavour without alcoholic burn. Its crystal clear, pure and noble colour and its delicate taste result from the quality of its distillations, but also from its three specific filtrations (including with silver), which give it a clear and long-lasting purification.

As for all our spirits, the water used comes from our private spring, collected from more than 153 meters deep, which allows ensure a pure taste. A careful selection of grains, pure and clear water, slow and considerate production and three active filtrations enable us to obtain delicate aromas with a subtle and harmonious taste. The consumption of this vodka will leave you a memory that cannot be compared with any other experience.

Our specialties, the Poire Williams and the Plum

In order to obtain the quintessence of our fruit alcohols, we specialised only in the production of Poire Williams and Plum spirits (Mirabelle brandy and Plum brandy). The Balkan region has a very favourable climate for fruit orchards. The fruits are sun-filled and as aromatic as can be.

They are harvested fresh and extremely ripe, gently crushed (without breaking the stones), and then naturally fermented. The must of the fruit is then double distilled in stills with a maximum capacity of 10 hectolitres. The first distillation of the fermented must makes it possible to obtain the cloudy liquid called “brouillis”, the second distillation enables to obtain the alcoholic spirit with an alcohol content between 72 and 78%. It will be bright and clear in appearance, its organoleptic characteristics are like fresh and ripe fruits with a good persistence. Its flavour and aromatic intensity are remarkably balanced between sugars and acidity.

Like all our other products, they are not sweetened. Our fruit spirits are not artificially coloured, unless it is natural and caused by aging in oak or acacia barrels.
